How much time do I need each week?

Plan for about 30–45 minutes a day: a short lesson, a guided practice, and one live group call per week (Thursdays, 7pm Berlin time — recorded if you can't make it).

What if my tinnitus is severe or I've had it for years?

The program is built for exactly that. Severity and duration don't predict outcome — how your nervous system responds does, and that's what we work on. Members range from a few months in to two decades.

Is the program available in other languages?

The course and group calls are in English. Frieder also speaks German and Spanish — private sessions (Premium and Ultimate) can be held in any of the three.

What do I need to take part?

Any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser and an internet connection. Headphones are recommended for the audio practices. No app install required.
