I have tinnitus too.
Born deaf in my left ear. Tinnitus in my right for over 17 years. I saw the ENTs. I heard "learn to live with it." What I wasn't given was a real way forward.
So I went and found one. I studied Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, applied it to my own tinnitus, and started sharing what worked — right here on YouTube.
I've since coached more than 700 people through the habituation process. The channel is where I share the frameworks, the honest conversations, and the practical tools that move the needle.
Videos that meet you where you are — and show you what's next.
ACT-based strategies
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is recommended by German S3 clinical guidelines and NICE (UK) for chronic tinnitus. The channel breaks down how to use it in daily life.
Real stories
Hear from people at every stage of habituation — what they tried, what shifted, and what life looks like once the sound stops dominating attention.
Practical tools
Concrete techniques for sleep, anxiety, focus, and daily routines. Not theory — things you can apply the same day.
Honest guidance
No cure claims. No overnight fixes. Just a clear-eyed look at what the evidence supports and how to move forward with it.
