On the price.
A standard course of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy runs €2,500–7,000. Six months of specialist psychological support runs €3,000–6,000. Both are time-limited.
Ultimate includes eight personal sessions, a complete 12-week structured programme, and permanent access to a community and weekly live coaching. That comparison is not unfavourable.
How do I use the 8 sessions?
You'll receive a personal booking link in your welcome email. Sessions don't expire — use them during the programme, after it ends, or whenever life gets hard again. Most people use one before they start, several during the programme, and keep the remainder for ongoing support.
What does lifetime access actually mean?
No subscription, no renewal. The community, the weekly group calls, and the course materials are yours indefinitely. When new content is added to the course, you have access to that too.
What's your refund policy?
If you complete the first two weeks of the programme and don't feel it's right for you, contact us and we'll work something out. We'd rather you be in the right programme than the wrong one.
